DEPOSIT
Secure your spot with Qween of Post Op Recovery by making a 20% deposit of total services. The deposit will be applied to the final balance. Deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance for services is required to be paid 7 days prior to the scheduled surgery date.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling occurs more than 7 days before your scheduled service. The new date must be within 1 year of your original surgery date and is subject to availability.
If you reschedule/cancel within 7 days of your booked service, your deposit will be forfeited. However, any remaining balance paid will be credited toward future services. A new deposit will be required to secure the new date. All payments are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-transferable to another person, under any circumstance.
Please notify us as soon as possible if your surgery date changes so we can best accommodate your new timeline.
