DEPOSIT
Deposit is 20% of total services. Deposit is applied to final balance. A paid deposit secures your post op recovery care. Deposits are non-refundable.
Full balance is due 7 days BEFORE surgery/requested date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to another date (up to ONE (1) YEAR of initial surgical date). Please notify us immediately to determine availability for your new surgery date.
Deposits can NOT be transferred to another individual. Payments are NONREFUNDABLE.
