Our care packages are designed to provide hands-on support throughout the early stages of your recovery.
TRANSPORTATION
Surgery-day pickup and transportation to post-op or follow-up appointments, as included with your care.
MEDICATION SUPPORT
Medication reminders, schedule organization, and medication pickup as needed.
VITAL SIGN MONITORING
Monitoring of vital signs and overall well-being throughout your early recovery.
MEAL PREPARATION
Light meal preparation using groceries provided by the client.
GARMENT ASSISTANCE
Assistance removing, washing, and putting on post-surgical garments.
BATHING ASSISTANCE
Help with showering, personal hygiene, and washing hair once cleared.
MOBILITY SUPPORT
Assistance with safe movement and encouragement as you regain independence.
DRAIN MANAGEMENT
Assistance monitoring and managing surgical drains according to your surgeon's instructions.
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING
Light cleaning, laundry, linen changes, dishes, and keeping your recovery area tidy.

Additional overnight support is available for clients who need assistance beyond their scheduled daytime care.
BBL BED, WALKER & WHEELCHAIR RENTAL
Select recovery equipment, including a walker, wheelchair, BBL bed with opening, and wedge pillow, may be available based on your needs.
POST-OP LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Mobile sessions are available to support your recovery and help manage post-surgical swelling.
TRANSPORTATION ONLY
Transportation-only service may be available for surgery pickup or post-op appointments.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please review our booking, payment and rescheduling policies before reserving your care.
20 % DEPOSIT
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates and is applied toward your remaining balance.
7 DAYS BALANCE DUE
Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled service start date.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit may be transferred to a new surgery date within one year, subject to availability.
Deposits are non-transferable to another person.
MORE THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE SERVICE
Your deposit remains valid and may be applied toward your rescheduled service dates, subject to availability.
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF SERVICE
Your deposit is forfeited. Any remaining balance already paid may be credited toward future services, and a new deposit is required to secure the new date.
